By booking, our guests declare that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions and that they will adhere to our house rules during their stay.
House rules
Check-In: Personal check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. On request, we also enable contactless check-in.
Check-Out: We ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. and to tilt the windows.
Maximum number of guests: The apartment is designed and furnished for 2 guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted.
Children: The apartment is not suitable for children due to two unsecured stairways.
Allergy sufferers / pets: The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore no pets are allowed.
Grilling & celebrating: Loud parties and barbecues on charcoal are not allowed.
Payments
You decide whether you want to pay immediately or later. We accept your credit card, PayPal, Bitcoin or bank transfer.
If you prefer Cash-Payment on arrival, we expect a deposit of 20% up to 10 days before your Check_in. If the deposit is not received, we will cancel your reservation.
Cancellation
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For bookings canceled later, we charge a processing fee of 20% of the booking price.
